**Free Refund & Return Eligibility**
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and software that has been opened, are not eligible for return unless defective.

**How to Initiate a Return**

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

**Refund Processing**
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
